Owens? Weller? Arts Crafts Pottery Umbrella Stand

American art pottery umbrella stand, possibly Weller or Owens. Standard glaze with heavy slip floral decoration on great cylindrical form. 21 1/2" tall. Good condition with no cracks, chips around base and some fleabite nicks.
