Melville Thomas Wire (American, 1877-1966 ), "West Shore"; etching. 8" x 11 3/4" plate. Titled and Signed in pencil lower margin. Slight yellowing. Oregon etcher and painter. He exhibited the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco in 1915.
