Green onyx pre-Columbian style face mounted in heavy cast setting. Wristbands cast as well. Pre 1948 with no markings. weight and workmanship indicate this may be an early Taxco or Iguala piece. An example for the serious collector interested in the chronology of Mexican silver jewelry. Weight 106 grams, 3.38 troy oz; Diameter 2 1/8"; maximum Width across face 1 ½". Very good condition with no damage. Sold as is. |
