Margaret Graham Boroughs Adams (American, 1882-1965), floral still life, oil on canvas; 29 3/4" x 34 1/2"; signed lower right. In 1910, Adams went to Italy to study with William Merritt Chase. It was here that she met her future husband and noted portrait painter, Wayman Adams. She exhibited in New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and at the Hoosier Salon in Indiana.
