 Embed this image:  | LOT 192VAMSA Alligator Sommerso Massive Murano art glass bowl;Estimate: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 Realized: $800 VAMSA Alligator Sommerso Massive Murano art glass bowl; large and impressive alligator figure applied to sommerso bowl with interior amber shades and bubbles. 6" x 13" wide. This huge bowl is heavy and exhibits some minor roughness around the outer edge. There is a small area that may have been polished at the factory or later. There is also evidence of a pontil mark (no damage) on the back of the creature. There is an annealing crack in the front left foot of the creature. |
