Jared Cru Smith is an upcoming graduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University in the Furniture Design Program. He achieved his Bachelor's of Fine Arts at Herron School of Art & Design with a double concentration in Sculpture and Furniture Design. He has acquired and completed a commission for Village at the Fort in Lawrence, Indiana in the year 2011. Currently he works as a metal fabricator at IFAB, a fabrication company in Indianapolis, Indiana. His common materials consist of metal and wood along with various other materials.
