Staff Bios

Dan Ripley, the company’s owner, is an internationally recognized art and antiques expert with over 20 years of personal experience at the highest levels of the industry. He is a third generation Indianapolis art dealer, a Certified Estate Specialist, and National Auctioneers Association member. He is considered a premiere decorative arts expert and has been an award winning gallery owner, written feature articles for professional collector publications and a presentation speaker at the national convention of the International Society of Appraisers.

Andrea Hastings has a Bachelor of Fine Art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She has fifteen years experience in the arts and antiques and has been a researcher and appraiser at Antique Helper for six years. Jewelry, dolls, and fine art are areas of expertise.

Ann Glasscock received a Bachelor of Art History from Indiana University and also a Master’s in the History of Art and Connoisseurship in European Art from Christie’s of London. She has had previous experience in museums and galleries and has been a cataloguer at Antique Helper Auctions for over two years. Silver and fine arts are her specialties.

Genevieve Gottfried-Dzeletovic was a research librarian for seven years before coming to Antique Helper. In that time she primarily worked with rare books and the history collection. She has a Masters in Library and Information Sciences and a Bachelor in History with graduate work in Cultural Anthropology.

Bill Kranz has a Juris Doctorate, is a licensed auctioneer, and has been in the antique business for thirty five years. He has been a cataloguer and appraiser at Antique Helper for three years. Furniture, porcelain, and Americana are areas of concentration.
