Antique Helper's team offers official valuation services if you need a full appraisal with valuations on an estate for insurance replacement or estate value and have intent to sell at auction. If the lot you're interested in selling is relevant to an Antique Helper auction or service,  we will provide an official valuation of the items or estate. Estate value is typically based on fair market value. 

Fair Market Value (FMV) is the price that property would sell for on the open market. It is the price that would be agreed on between a willing buyer and a willing seller, with neither being required to act, and both having reasonable knowledge of the relevant facts.
